Required Skills

Education

Technical vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Electrical Systems Fitter). Advanced qualifications such as Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or an Engineering degree are advantageous.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering as an electronics technician, electrician, or electrical systems fitter
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Construction Manager or Site Foreman in the electrical field is desirable
  • Experience in leading workgroups and coordinating multiple trades on construction sites
  • Experience in maintaining construction diaries and participating in site meetings
