Job Summary

This role sits within the R&D Controlling team at MED-EL, where you will be responsible for ensuring data transparency and decision-making support. Your day-to-day activities involve creating, enhancing, and automating reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven insights. You will contribute to the design and maintenance of data models, perform complex analyses for internal stakeholders, and participate in innovation projects such as AI-supported analytics. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher (University/FH) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Controlling, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field.

Experience

Professional experience in reporting, data handling, or BI tools is considered an advantage
Experience in translating complex requirements into structured data solutions
Experience in supporting organizational and administrative tasks within a project environment
Demonstrated experience in data harmonization and documentation
