Job Summary
As a Business Informatics Specialist within the CLM department at Erste Digital, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing customer needs, digitalizing processes via a platform environment, and developing high-quality customer APIs. You will work closely with multicultural, offshore, and nearshore teams to maintain and enhance Pega-workflows while supporting incident resolution. This role is highly collaborative, requiring interaction with business users across the entire Erste Group to propose innovative improvements for the application landscape. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics (Fachschule/Technical College) or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies
- Experience working in product-driven environments with multicultural and distributed teams
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project and service management
- Professional background in analyzing customer requirements and process digitalization
- Experience or strong willingness to learn Pega methodology and Business Analyst practices
