Job Summary

As an Agile Finance IT Program Manager and Release Train Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of Deutsche Bahn's financial functions. Based in Berlin or Frankfurt, your day-to-day involves designing and steering a group-wide portfolio management process, from initial conception to sustainable implementation. You will lead interdisciplinary IT project teams to deliver strategic financial IT products while acting as a bridge between agile teams and top-level management. This role requires a high degree of coordination, as you will be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of your Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring continuous improvement through modern project management methodologies. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification in the IT project environment. SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification is highly desired.
