Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure and Operations Specialist at Leipziger Stadtwerke, you will be responsible for the administration and support of client/server, security, and network infrastructure within a complex system landscape. Your daily activities include providing technical advice to various departments, analyzing and resolving complex IT issues, and coordinating with external service providers. You will play a key role in the service-oriented processing of IT tickets (Incidents and Changes) and support projects aimed at introducing new technologies and innovations.
