Job Summary

As a Control Unit Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end hardware development of analog and digital control systems, moving from initial prototypes to series-ready products. Your daily activities will include circuit design, dimensioning electronics, and performing simulations using LTSpice. You will play a critical role in the commissioning of assemblies and conducting essential qualification tests, including EMC and functional safety assessments. Beyond technical design, you will manage component obsolescence by developing technical solutions for discontinued parts and maintain direct communication with customers to align on technical specifications. This position is ideal for a quality-conscious professional who enjoys working in a medium-sized technology company with flat hierarchies. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the development of electronic control systems
  • Experience in circuit design, dimensioning, and simulation of electronic components
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 oriented development processes
  • Professional experience in customer communication and technical requirement specification
  • Desirable experience in drive technology, high-current electronics, or embedded software development
