Job Summary
This role involves managing electrical engineering projects for state-owned properties in the Pforzheim and Baden-Baden regions, ranging from historic palaces to modern university buildings. As part of an interdisciplinary team at 'Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg', you will be responsible for planning, construction management, and acting as the client representative for electrical systems. Your daily tasks include overseeing power supply, low-voltage, and high-voltage installations, as well as information technology infrastructure. A significant focus of the position is implementing energy and climate protection concepts to achieve carbon-neutral state buildings. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or a certified State-certified Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering planning and construction management.
- Experience in acting as a client representative (Bauherrenfunktion) for building projects.
- Proven track record in managing technical building maintenance and infrastructure.
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external engineering firms and consultants.
- Experience in implementing energy efficiency or climate protection measures in buildings.
