As a Digital Transformation Manager for the City of Friedberg, you will be the primary architect of the municipality's digital future. Your daily responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, analyzing existing administrative processes to identify optimization potential, and implementing electronic workflows. You will lead digital transformation projects from the selection of technical procedures to the final rollout, while providing expert advice and training to various departments. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical IT infrastructure and public administration needs. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, E-Government, or a comparable qualification with equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or comparable organizations is preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing digital transformation projects
- Proven track record in process analysis and organizational change
- Experience in conducting professional training and workshops
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and analytical concept development
