Job Summary
This role at the Lantzerath Group offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of energy transition by supporting the technical infrastructure for gas stations and electric vehicle (EV) charging parks. As a Product Support Specialist and Master Electrician, you will serve as a technical bridge between the field and the office. Your day-to-day will involve providing remote and on-site technical support to service technicians, designing and conducting future-oriented training sessions on E-mobility, and serving as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) to ensure compliance with DIN VDE standards. You will act as a consultant for customers and internal stakeholders on complex technical issues involving transformer systems and modern charging infrastructure. This position is ideal for a communicative technical expert who enjoys mentoring others and wants the stability of a market leader combined with the creative freedom to develop training programs and technical solutions in a rapidly evolving sector.
Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician (Meister Elektrotechnik) certification or equivalent advanced technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician (Meister Elektrotechnik) or in a similar senior technical role
- Experience in providing technical support and consulting for complex electrical challenges
- Proven track record in designing and delivering technical training or workshops
- Experience with electrical norms and safety standards (DIN VDE)
- Experience in E-mobility, charging infrastructure, or gas station technology is highly desirable
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for on-site team support is required. Must be willing to work with high-voltage systems and ideally possesses or is willing to obtain switching authorization (Schaltberechtigung).
