Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems across the DACH region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality and safety standards from inception to final handover. You will act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, managing health, safety, and environment (HSE) documentation and supporting maintenance partners with technical expertise. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; ideally complemented by further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering or electrical systems.
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching.
  • Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality standards on-site.
  • Experience in creating health and safety documentation and conducting risk assessments.
