As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems across the DACH region. Your daily responsibilities include planning and supervising construction sites from setup to final handover, coordinating subcontractors to ensure high quality, and managing health, safety, and environment (HSE) documentation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and support maintenance activities. This position is ideal for technical professionals with a background in electrical engineering and medium-voltage systems who enjoy field-based work. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, supplemented by a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification, Technician certification, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician.
- Professional experience in site management, specifically within plant engineering (Anlagenbau).
- Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching operations.
- Proven experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing construction site safety protocols.

- High willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 business days per week). Includes a company car for professional and private use. Valid driver's license required for site travel.
