Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition by overseeing the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and managing the commissioning and handover processes. You will also provide technical support for maintenance activities and conduct risk assessments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable degree in Electrical Engineering; ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in construction site management, specifically within plant engineering.
Proven experience working with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person.
Professional experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing project handovers.
Experience in creating risk assessments and managing safety regulations on-site.

Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) approximately 4-5 days per week is required. Valid driver's license for company car usage.
