As a Field Service Technician for Helios Ventilatoren, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance, repair, and commissioning of ventilation systems within a 200km radius of your home. This role offers a unique blend of field work and administrative support, as you will also provide technical guidance and training to other technicians and assist the internal support team via email and phone from your home office. You will manage service reports, spare parts inventory, and customer consultations.
