Job Summary

As an Engineer / Team Leader Maintenance, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of large-scale industrial crane systems and their low-voltage main distributions. Your day-to-day will involve leading and motivating a team of approximately 60 employees, overseeing maintenance and repair activities, and meticulously planning and executing significant investment and repair projects, from concept creation to budget management. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing innovative maintenance strategies, analyzing system weaknesses, and driving process improvement initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and inspection bodies, to ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and plant management guidelines.
