This role involves joining the Technical Building Office of Amt Kellinghusen as a Civil Engineering Technician, focusing on the management and maintenance of essential municipal infrastructure. You will be responsible for sewer network management, including rainwater, wastewater, and drinking water systems, using systematic assessment methods like YSIBAU. Your day-to-day tasks will include acting as the client representative for maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects in road and hydraulic engineering. You will manage the entire project lifecycle—from planning and cost control to overseeing external engineering firms and ensuring compliance with HOAI and VOB regulations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in sewer management, sewer renovation, and road construction is preferred
  • Experience in managing external engineering firms and construction site supervision
  • Experience in public sector budgeting and financial planning for construction measures
  • Proven experience in independent, structured, and responsible project execution
