Job Summary
This role focuses on the crucial task of digitalizing administrative services within the Kleve district administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, maintaining, and documenting online services, including their technical implementation. They will collaborate closely with various stakeholders involved in the implementation process and contribute to the rollout and technical administration of the e-invoicing workflow. A key part of the role also involves assisting with the introduction of a new Document Management System (DMS) and creating video tutorials. This position is ideal for someone with a strong affinity for IT and digitalization, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, independent work style, seeking a stable, full-time, and permanent position in the public sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, IT Management, Computer Science, Public Management, Digital Administrative Management, Media and Communication Informatics, or a comparable field; OR completed Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II) as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative digitalization
- Experience with Form Management Systems (FMS) like Formsolution or Formcycle is beneficial
- Experience with Camtasia is beneficial
- Experience with DMS Fabasoft is beneficial
