Job Summary
As the Maintenance Supervisor specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of modern production and bottling facilities at the Krostitz site. Your daily routine involves managing preventive maintenance, planning spare parts inventory, and executing operational electrical tasks. You will provide technical leadership for a team of six electricians and serve as the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) for the location. Beyond maintenance, you will play a key role in optimizing processes by coordinating electrical activities and supporting new investment projects. This position is ideal for a quality-conscious professional with strong technical expertise who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and leadership. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, preferably within the food or beverage industry
- Experience in technical leadership and team management
- Experience with automation, PLC programming (S7), and process control systems
