Job Summary
This multifaceted role bridges the gap between technical development and business process consulting for the German SME sector. As a Technical Business Consultant, you will be responsible for digitizing business processes by implementing and customizing mobile app solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem. Your day-to-day activities will include process consulting, project management, and hands-on technical development using a mix of Low-Code/No-Code platforms and traditional coding with Visual Studio Code extensions. You will manage client projects from initial requirement gathering through to the go-live phase, ensuring that mobile solutions for field service and maintenance specialists are perfectly tailored to user needs. This position is particularly attractive for graduates or early-career professionals as it offers a structured 'learning by doing' environment with immediate responsibility. You will gain exposure to a wide range of modern technologies, including AI-based solutions and database design, while working with a diverse client base across Germany and Europe.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in a relevant field (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar) or equivalent practical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience or entry-level background (suitable for recent graduates) in business process digitalization
- Experience in technical development using Visual Studio Code and database structures
- Experience in project management, specifically steering requirements and implementation for client projects
- Practical experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology stacks and ERP environments
