As a Medical Physics Expert at MVZ Weser-Egge, you will be responsible for the physical planning and technical oversight of radiation therapy treatments. Working with state-of-the-art equipment including Varian TrueBeam STx linear accelerators and Eclipse planning workstations, your daily tasks involve independent 3D, IMRT, IGRT, and Rapid Arc planning. You will ensure the highest standards of patient safety through rigorous dosimetry and quality assurance of all therapeutic equipment. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma or Master) in Medical Physics or a comparable physical-technical field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in physical radiation therapy planning
- Mandatory expertise in radiation protection (Fachkunde) according to German radiation protection ordinances
- Experience in dosimetry and quality assurance of therapeutic medical devices
- Experience with technical equipment maintenance and organizational radiation protection
