Job Summary

The Bavarian State Office for Weights and Measures (LMG) is seeking two Engineers with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to oversee municipal heat planning. In this role, you will be responsible for supervisory tasks related to heat network operators, evaluating and analyzing heat plans, and building and maintaining a heat catalog for Bavaria. You will also process reports from planning authorities regarding green methane demand and support the financial reimbursement process for municipalities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the Federal Heat Planning Act (WPG) and shape the future of sustainable energy in Bavaria, working within a supportive team in the public sector.
