Job Summary

This role involves planning and conducting proteome and phosphoproteome analyses as part of a DFG-funded project focused on Cytomegalovirus replication. Based in the Proteomics research group at the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS) in Dortmund, the successful candidate will continuously develop bioanalytical methods, analyze and visualize complex data, and document laboratory results. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment combining biology, chemistry, and medicine to advance personalized therapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include laboratory work, collaboration with project partners, and presenting findings at international conferences. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in a natural science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Pharmacy, or Food Technology).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a laboratory environment, specifically in bioanalytics

  • Experience in planning and conducting scientific experiments
