Job Summary
This part-time, permanent role in Passau is ideal for experienced Accountants or Tax Assistants looking to transition into Controlling. Working for Germany's largest private provider of mother/father and child rehabilitation clinics, you will support the central administration in managing financial health across 12 facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, acting as a point of contact for tax advisors, and conducting ad-hoc financial analyses. You will play a key role in budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance indicators. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter), Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or a comparable commercial qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB
- Practical experience in cost center and cost unit accounting
- Background as a Tax Assistant, Certified Management Accountant, or similar financial role
- Experience in financial reporting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
