As an ERP Consultant at ITSM IT-Systeme & Management GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation for companies in the craft and construction sectors. Based in Wildau, your day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting and training users during the implementation of cloud-ready ERP software. You will provide expert support for organizational and application-related questions, lead workshops and seminars, and manage software rollout projects. Additionally, you will support users via a dedicated hotline. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of commercial business processes with a passion for IT and digitalization.
