Job Summary
This role involves leading and planning technical building services projects with a specific focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Cooling systems. As a Project Lead and Specialist Planner, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultations and defining technical requirements to managing all HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) service phases. Your day-to-day work includes conducting economic feasibility studies, optimizing technical designs for cost-effectiveness, and creating detailed service specifications. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or a certified Technician qualification in the same field.
Experience

- Experience in managing all service phases of the HOAI
- Proven track record in developing technical requirements and conceptual guidelines for clients
- Experience in economic optimization and feasibility studies for engineering projects
