Job Summary
This role involves providing high-level technical support within a demanding environment, operating strictly according to ITIL standards. As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multi-monitor setups, phones, and headsets. You will manage device deployments and rollouts using imaging techniques and provide critical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. A significant portion of the role focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Windows 10/11 clients and Azure AD, alongside managing mobile devices via Intune. Additionally, you will provide specialized support for trading applications and market connectivity within specific departments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a comparable technical role
- Experience working within ITIL-standardized environments
- Practical experience with Microsoft Windows client and server environments
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and network error analysis
- Experience in mobile device management and deployment

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based at a fixed location with a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday).
