Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of client and workplace environments for a leading international IT service provider. Your daily activities will focus on IMAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete), which include imaging and installing PCs and laptops, setting up monitors, and configuring mobile data terminals and barcode scanners. You will also handle the commissioning of multi-function and label printers. Beyond hardware deployment, you will resolve technical issues through break-fix and incident ticket management, providing both remote and on-site 'hands-and-feet' support for cabling and basic network troubleshooting. This role is particularly attractive due to its long-term project stability, a collective bargaining agreement (GVP) that ensures fair pay, and a high probability of permanent takeover by the client. It offers a structured environment for professionals to apply their hardware and software troubleshooting skills within large-scale corporate and public sector infrastructures.
