You will actively shape corporate processes by maintaining legal registers, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring full legal compliance. A key responsibility involves developing a comprehensive emergency management system from the ground up. Day-to-day tasks include investigating accidents to identify root causes, implementing corrective measures, conducting internal audits, and monitoring environmental metrics. You will also represent the company before authorities regarding environmental permits and inspections. This position is ideal for a proactive professional looking to lead safety initiatives within a supportive corporate culture that values continuous improvement and professional development. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification; completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit).

Experience

  • Professional experience as a qualified Occupational Safety Specialist in a comparable position
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in investigating accidents and implementing corrective measures
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits
  • Experience interacting with regulatory authorities regarding environmental permits
