As an IT System Administrator specializing in 1st Level Support, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for small and medium-sized enterprises. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve resolving structured support tickets within Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, license administration, and troubleshooting tools like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. You will be responsible for configuring workstation systems, managing VPN and network access, and ensuring all technical issues are documented accurately in the ticketing system. - Experience in basic analysis of technical problems for escalation to 2nd level support
