This strategic role at the Brandenburg IT Service Provider (ZIT-BB) in Potsdam focuses on the long-term evolution of the digital workplace within the state administration. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive concepts for IT infrastructure, aligning technological trends with user needs, and ensuring a scalable system landscape. Key duties include the strategic planning of new IT applications, overseeing governance and customization, and implementing regulatory requirements regarding data protection and information security. Furthermore, you will manage ITIL-based processes and drive organizational change through training and acceptance management. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or University Diploma in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Administrative Science, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT environments related to digital workplace solutions
- Several years of relevant experience in the strategic development of IT systems
- Experience in conceptualizing and developing modern IT architectures
- Experience in translating regulatory requirements into practical IT concepts
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and managing organizational change
