Job Summary

As an IT Workplace & Infrastructure Administrator at Diehl Metal Applications, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software across the Berlin and Teltow locations. Your daily activities involve managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes and providing 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site. You will maintain notebooks, peripherals, and modern collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Exchange Online, ensuring seamless productivity for users in office and production environments. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively contribute to process optimization, automation, and the implementation of security measures. Required Skills

Education
