Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive design, planning, and tendering of Technical Building Services (MEP) solutions, specifically focusing on electrical, network, and security technology for both new constructions and renovations. You will work closely with service providers and IT departments to build computer networks and implement energy monitoring systems like JANITZA. Day-to-day responsibilities include programming and troubleshooting control systems such as KNX, Dali, and Honeywell Building Automation, as well as performing maintenance on internal facilities. You will also be responsible for developing energy systems in compliance with current laws and providing necessary documentation for regulatory bodies like TÜV and BAFA. This position is unique for its blend of high-level technical planning and hands-on system implementation, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge building automation technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or General Engineering, or a qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister).
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, tendering, and executing projects within electrical building technology
- Professional experience in building and expanding IT networks
- Experience in programming and troubleshooting automation and control systems
- Proven track record in creating documentation for regulatory authorities and testing agencies
- Experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
