Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will take on a pivotal role managing server and user administration within a Microsoft-centric environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve providing critical first and second-level support, maintaining server and client systems, and executing sophisticated hardware and software rollouts directly at client sites. You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of common Microsoft server programs, ensuring robust system performance. This position is particularly attractive for technical professionals who enjoy variety, as it combines hands-on hardware maintenance with high-level network configuration. You will work with a modern tech stack including Windows Server 2022/2024 and Sonicwall security solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment
- Professional experience in technical support and service delivery
- Proven experience in the installation and configuration of Microsoft Server programs
- Experience in on-site client service and hardware/software implementation
