Job Summary
As the Senior Manager for Energy Transformation & Decarbonization, you will lead the strategic and technical direction of the Sustainable Energy Transformation service area. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing industrial decarbonization strategies, green energy sourcing (including PPAs and hydrogen), and the implementation of energy management systems like ISO 50001. You will act as a team lead, fostering the professional growth of at least five team members while managing project acquisitions, budgets, and cost planning. This role is highly outward-facing, requiring you to expand client networks, represent the firm at industry conferences, and identify cross-selling opportunities within the organization. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with business management understanding.
Experience
- At least 6 years of professional experience in energy consulting, decarbonization, or related fields
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for at least 5 team members
- Demonstrated experience in corporate carbon footprinting and climate target development
- Professional experience in managing funding programs and procurement strategies
- Established industry network in industry, energy supply, consulting, or politics
