Job Summary
As an E-Commerce Developer & Webshop Manager at WOLL, a premium German cookware manufacturer, you will be the technical backbone of the company's online presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a blend of shop administration and hands-on technical development. You will manage the daily operations of the webshop, maintain product data, and optimize the user experience. On the technical side, you will implement frontend design adjustments and code-based functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Shopware CMS environment. A key part of the role involves evaluating new features and plugins while collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure technical alignment with promotional campaigns. This position is ideal for a versatile 'all-rounder' who enjoys bridging the gap between technical development and commercial e-commerce strategy. The role offers a high degree of creative freedom, flexible working hours, and the stability of a successful family-owned medium-sized enterprise.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training in Web Development, or a comparable qualification. Motivated career changers with relevant references are also welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in web development or e-commerce management
- Experience in managing online shop systems (ideally Shopware)
- Practical experience in frontend coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience acting as a technical interface for marketing and design teams
