As a Field Service Technician based in the Greater Hamburg area, you will be the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring the operational readiness of office information systems. Your daily responsibilities include performing repairs, maintenance, and installations of devices and systems directly at client sites. Beyond hardware support, you will handle simple network integrations, firmware updates, and retrofitting projects. A unique aspect of this role is the focus on customer education; you will conduct training sessions and provide instructions on system usage while keeping clients informed about new product developments.
