Job Summary
This role involves leading installation teams in the field to construct, upgrade, and commission mobile communications systems, including in-house and WLAN infrastructure. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of your team on-site while performing hands-on tasks such as high-frequency cable and antenna measurements, electrical wiring, and minor steelwork. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during construction projects and ensure all work is documented accurately. This position is particularly attractive due to its 'home-based' start, where you travel directly to sites in a company vehicle from your residence. The company offers a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and a flat hierarchy within a well-established group that has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Required Skills
Education
Qualified Information Technology Technician, Telecommunications Technician, Communication Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in the mobile communications sector
- Professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of mobile network infrastructure
- Experience in technical team leadership within construction or telecommunications projects
- Experience working at heights/elevated workstations

Additional
- Valid Class B (or Class 3) driver's license required. Must be physically fit and willing to work at heights. Residence within the Greater Hannover area is required for site travel.
