Job Summary

This role involves serving as a joint Data Protection Officer for the Stormarn district and its associated municipal IT network. You will be responsible for independently advising and informing stakeholders, including management and employees, on EU and national data protection regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data protection audits, monitoring technical and organizational measures, and leading training sessions to foster a culture of privacy compliance. You will evaluate risks associated with data processing operations and oversee the implementation of data protection impact assessments.
