Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of control programs for automation systems. Your daily activities involve analyzing technical requirements and implementing them into programmable logic controllers, as well as conducting commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems. You will work in close collaboration with the design and electrical teams to develop optimal technical solutions. To ensure high-quality standards, you will perform simulations and tests to verify program functionality and document the entire development process. This role is highly collaborative and offers the opportunity to contribute to the standardization of control solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens S7 or Beckhoff TwinCAT
- Practical knowledge in drive and control technology
- Initial experience working with industrial bus systems such as Profibus or Profinet
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting automation systems
