Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and organization of electrical engineering projects on-site. As a Site Manager or Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for the entire workflow, including the disposition of materials, personnel, tools, and machinery. Your day-to-day activities will include leading and coordinating on-site staff, creating installation plans, and overseeing the commissioning of electrotechnical systems. You will serve as a vital link between the site and the office, reporting progress to internal Project Managers and participating in construction meetings and client consultations. A key part of the role is ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. This position is ideal for a structured professional with strong leadership qualities who enjoys a mix of technical execution and organizational management. It offers the stability of a permanent, full-time contract and the opportunity to take full ownership of diverse electrical projects from planning through to final documentation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnik) or a related technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering and installation

- Experience in reporting and communicating with project stakeholders and clients
