As a Facility Management Associate at the Gubesch Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our production and office facilities within the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring and maintaining building surfaces, coordinating with cleaning staff, and overseeing the upkeep of outdoor areas. Required Skills
Education
Ideally a completed vocational training in a manual trade or technical craft (e.g., Electrician, Mechanic, or similar).
Experience
- Professional experience as a caretaker, janitor, or in a comparable facility management role is preferred
- Practical experience in manual trades or technical craftsmanship
- Experience in coordinating external service providers such as cleaning or winter maintenance crews
- Proven track record of performing minor building repairs and maintenance tasks
Languages

- Valid Class B driver's license is required. Must be able to work on-site at the Emskirchen/Wilhelmsdorf area. Physical fitness for manual labor and outdoor maintenance is implied.
