Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role with the City of Bad Münstereifel Public Utilities involves managing the city's vital infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and oversight of public tenders, coordinating with external engineering firms, and managing the construction and renovation of roads, parking lots, bridges, and drainage systems. A significant portion of the role focuses on the reconstruction of public infrastructure damaged by flooding. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or is a certified technician with expertise in road construction and German procurement regulations (VOB/HOAI). Required Skills

Education
