Join the newly established Professorship for Exposome Research at the University of Augsburg as a Bioinformatician, contributing to an interdisciplinary team focused on environmental health sciences. This role involves in-depth analysis of shotgun metagenome and exposome data, creating microbiome diversity and functional profiles, and integrating biological markers with clinical and nutritional information. You will apply advanced multivariate cluster analyses and machine learning techniques, including explainable AI models, to form subgroups and visualize scientific findings for publications.
