Job Summary

This role involves the independent management and control of complex projects within the fields of electrical power systems and EMSR planning. You will be responsible for the technical leadership of project teams, coordinating both internal and external interfaces while developing innovative concepts for automation, medium/low voltage systems, and lightning protection. Day-to-day activities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design and construction to quality control and cost management. Required Skills

Education

Technical degree from a Higher Technical Institute (HTL), University of Applied Sciences (FH), or Technical University (TU) in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the planning and implementation of electrical plant construction or thermal energy systems
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects
  • Experience in technical team leadership and coordinating external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge in at least two specialized areas: automation, voltage systems, lightning protection, or safety technology
