Job Summary
This role is based within a GMP-certified application laboratory focusing on particle size and shape analysis for dry, wet, and spray applications. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will support the lab management in planning and organizing laboratory services, which includes developing measurement protocols, monitoring analysis procedures, and documenting results. You will act as a technical point of contact for international sales teams and customers, ensuring projects are handled efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in conducting user and sales training both at the company headquarters and on-site at customer locations. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical laboratory work, documentation, and interpersonal communication. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or vocational training as a Chemical Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA).
Experience
- Professional experience in a laboratory environment, ideally with practical focus
- Experience in the development of measurement specifications and analysis reports
- Experience in supporting or conducting technical training for users and sales staff
- Experience working within a GMP-certified environment
- Experience in international communication with customers and agencies

- Valid driver's license required. Willingness to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally. Must be able to work full-time on a permanent contract.
