Job Summary
This role involves the quality assurance and testing of raw and processed seeds within a leading agricultural trading company. Operating out of the Hainichen facility, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting laboratory tests to ensure compliance with legal standards. Your daily activities include using laboratory machinery to determine production specifications, processing samples, and maintaining rigorous documentation. A key aspect of this position is acting as a technical liaison between sales, field production, and regulatory bodies such as breeders and official authorities. You will also play a vital role in implementing quality management systems, preparing for audits, and assisting in the organizational leadership of the laboratory. This position is ideal for professionals with an agricultural background who enjoy a mix of technical laboratory work, administrative oversight, and collaborative process management within a stable, internationally active group.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Agriculture (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) or completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technical Assistant (LTA) with an agricultural focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in seed production or agricultural laboratory environments is desirable
- Experience in sampling and testing raw materials according to legal requirements
- Experience in quality management and certification processes
- Experience or aptitude for laboratory leadership and staff supervision
- Practical experience with agricultural production and technical laboratory equipment

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position involves interaction with official authorities and agricultural multipliers. Must be willing to work full-time in Hainichen.
