Job Summary
As the Head of IT based in Essen, you will lead the IT department both operationally and strategically within a growing healthcare group of over 3,500 employees. Your primary responsibility involves developing and updating the IT strategy in close collaboration with various business units and executive management. You will oversee the onboarding of new companies into the group's infrastructure, manage external service providers, and hold full budget responsibility including cost control. Required Skills
Education
University degree with a focus on Computer Science (e.g., Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, or a similar field).
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a responsible leadership position
- Proven experience in project management
- Extensive experience in team leadership
- Experience in managing external partners and service providers
- Professional background in coordinating IT strategy with executive management
