Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central Quality Management Officer for a new plasma donation center in Leipzig, operated by CSL Plasma. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of quality systems, ensuring all operations comply with established standards. Key tasks include managing deviations, change requests, and document revisions, as well as creating and approving GMP-compliant documentation. You will act as the primary point of contact for all quality assurance matters, lead internal and external audits, and conduct staff training.
