Job Summary

This role involves the precision assembly and testing of high-quality electronic components and systems within a family-owned medium-sized enterprise. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, soldering (both THT and SMD), and inspection of printed circuit boards, as well as the mechanical assembly and wiring of complex industrial electronics such as RFID and barcode readers. Beyond manual assembly, you will set up, program, and maintain production and testing systems, and contribute to quality assurance processes. The position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of manual craftsmanship and technical system management. Working in a team of 30 employees in Niederkassel, you will benefit from a long-term perspective, flexible working hours via a flextime system, and a varied task portfolio ranging from prototype construction to series production.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable production-oriented technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electronics production or a related manufacturing environment
  • Several years of professional experience required if holding a related technical qualification
  • Proven expertise in handling SMD, THT, and electromechanical components
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining production machinery and testing equipment
