As a Digital Transformation Manager for the Thalfang am Erbeskopf municipal administration, you will lead the strategic evolution of local government services. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Administrative Informatics, Public Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or qualification as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/Angestelltenprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in digitalization and IT projects, preferably within the public sector
- Experience in municipal administrative structures and processes
- Proven track record in process management and E-Government implementation
- Experience in training and advising employees on digital applications
