Experience

- Initial experience in processing mineral or fiber-based materials or industrial wet coating processes is preferred
- Experience in handling data analysis and statistical evaluations
- Demonstrated experience in structured and solution-oriented technical problem-solving
- Experience in transferring laboratory findings to industrial-scale production
